By accessing or using RP Technologies ERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Service License & Geofencing Consent

Permission is granted to access and use RP Technologies ERP. By logging into the mobile or web portals and recording shift attendance:

• You acknowledge that location tracking (GPS geofencing) is evaluated during check-in/out punch commands to verify active work site attendance.
• You agree that location polling acts under explicit employee authorization for organizational validation and is not continuously monitored outside shift hours.
• You agree not to spoof, bypass, or mock GPS coordinates. Coordinate spoofing will result in disciplinary actions and account termination.

3. Disclaimer

The services on RP Technologies ERP are provided on an 'as is' basis. RP Technologies makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.

4. Limitations

In no event shall RP Technologies or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services on RP Technologies ERP.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
